No other HR conference in Western Canada offers more face time than the one and a half day HRIA Conference Tradeshow. Dedicated events take place on the tradeshow floor each day to maximize the value of your investment.

We evolved the HRIA Conference & Tradeshow to bring more attendees and more tradeshow time to increase your opportunities to generate leads and spark industry-impacting conversations. And our amplified conference marketing is planned to bring more attendees to each day of the HRIA 2017 Conference to get those conversations started. 

The 2016 survey results show:

  • 80 % of attendees thought that exhibitor knowledge/interaction was excellent

  • 53 % of attendees plan to do business with an exhibitor within 12 months

  • 62 % of attendees spent more than two hours in the tradeshow

Tradeshow Highlights:

  • Light breakfast and coffee at 7:00 am each day
  • Two dedicated tradeshow viewing times each day

About the Exhibit Spaces

Each exhibit space comes with two exhibit personnel passes, a company description in the onsite program and a link on the conference website to your website. We're also making the Tradeshow more intimate this year - only 50 exhibit booths are available!

With 50 exhibit booths available, space will be sold on a first come first paid basis.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by 12:00 noon on January 15, 2017. All cancellations received up to this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Requests made after January 15, 2017 will not receive a refund on any payments made.
