Seonaid Charlesworth, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant with Knightsbridge Leadership Solutions in Calgary. Seonaid’s work focuses on organizational strategy, leadership assessment and development, succession planning and team effectiveness. An experienced consultant, coach and facilitator, she has worked extensively with senior leadership teams, CEOs and corporate directors. She has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors — including financial services, energy, technology, retail and government. Seonaid is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer in the areas of succession management, identifying high potential talent, and strategic talent management through Sauder School of Business and British Columbia Human Resources Management Association (BC HRMA). Seonaid earned a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of British Columbia and B.A. in Psychology with Honours from Queen’s University. |

Tanya Snow is an Associate Consultant with the Knightsbridge office in Calgary. Tanya is a graduate from the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University and the University of Calgary. Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Tanya had over 10 years experience in Career Development in a variety of sectors, including, Education, Provincial, Federal Government, and Non-Profit. Since joining Knightsbridge in 2009, Tanya has focused on Career Transition, assisting organizations and individuals manage career transition effectively. . Tanya’s focus is on assisting her clients through all aspects of their career transition. Recognized as an effective communicator, Tanya enthusiastically provides her clients with a foundation to develop their career vision, utilizing various career transition and search strategies. In addition to her one on one coaching, she is an experienced facilitator in the areas of Networking, Effective Interviewing Skills, Career Focus and Resume Development. Tanya is a graduate of the University of Calgary. In addition to her Bachelor of General Studies, she also has a Certificate in Career Development and Human Resource Management, and most recently, Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University. She is certified in the Birkman Assessment and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Tanya is an active volunteer with the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, Lougheed House and the promotion of athletics, specifically x-country skiing for young athletes. |
